Wes Dodson

Co-Founder & Sales Director

Wes’ passion for the rental industry began with a 12-year career at a Fortune 500 rental company, where his increasing areas of responsibility as an operations manager led to invaluable experience with sales, operations, customer service and logistics. Today, he utilizes his extensive knowledge and skills in assisting clients with projects both large and small, finding solutions to fit their needs, budget and timing.

Wes graduated from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington, where he earned a degree in Business Management. When he’s not on the phone or in the field assisting clients, Wes enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Randall Caulder

Co-Founder & Operations Director

Randall encompasses a wealth of technical and logistics knowledge in a wide variety of fields, thanks to a decade of experience in estate and project management for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. While busy upfitting and maintaining estates, yachts, boats, water toys, RV’s and vehicles during that time, he concurrently operated real estate “flipping” ventures in both North Carolina and Florida, with sales of over $5 million.

Randall graduated from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington, where he earned a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development and a minor in Philosophy. When not in the field, he likes fixing cars, fishing and boating with his family.

Elise Caulder

Marketing Director

With an extensive 13-year background in the luxury yacht industry, Elise brings a high level of expertise in public relations, marketing, events, client relations and project management. In the later stages of her career, she guided ultra-high-net-worth clients through their yacht build projects and helped design inventory yachts for the U.S. market. She still dabbles in marketing for the yachting industry with her own consulting business.

Elise graduated from Meredith College with a major in Mass Communication and a minor in Professional Writing. She and her husband, Randall, are lifelong boaters and enjoy spending family time on the water.
